Penalty System
This is a new system which penalise those who dont follow the guild/raid rules. The penalty system is something like the dkp25 system and we have a system to record it and open to public. U'll recieve a penality point if u dont follow the rule. When u gain the penalty point to a certain level, u'll recieve a warning. If u keep gaining the point and reached our designated level, u'll be removed from the guild. There is a chance to reset the penalty point by not gaining penalty point after a certain period. Details are as follow:
Penalty
1. U'll recieve 1 penalty point from each of the following items:
- not ready or late when we form up
- not ready or late when we start the 1st pull
- AFK for longer than 3mins unannounced during a raid
- AFK after a wipe without taking a res
- no consumable or food buff in the boss fight
2. U'll recieve 2 penalty points from each of the following items:
- When u are scheduled to raid but don’t turn up without any notice
- Leave early but didnt inform in the sign up (overrun doesnt count)
- not in the PvE spec when joining the raid
- gears which are not benefit to the PvE content
- not installing the require mod. e.g. ctraid_assist, threat meter
Penalty Level:
1. Warning Level: when u reached 10 penalty point, u will recieve a warning and penalty.
- U wont have priority to get loots and raid spot over Recruit for 1 week
- 10 dkp will be deducted
2. Danger Level: when u reached 20 penalty point, u will recieve penalty as follow.
- no raid for 1 week but still need to sign up. We may take u as standby if not enu ppl. U still can earn the dkp but cant get any loots.
- demote to previous rank
- 20 dkp will be deducted
3. Guild kick Level: when u reached 30 penalty point.
- As it said, u'll be removed from guild
4. Reset Level: all penalty point will be reset to 0 if u dont gain penalty point for a month.
